No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy

Once processed, the application fees for personal loans and other events are non-refundable.

If the Customer wishes to reschedule their personal loan application for any reason, they may do so by calling, sending a WhatsApp message, or visiting the nearest branch. However, the fee remains non-refundable.

The company reserves the right to refund the equivalent sum paid by the customer only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the company’s discretion.

During the refund process, the company has the right to request documents for verification purposes, including but not limited to the Customer’s Identity Card.

The company reserves the right to reject a refund request if it reasonably believes that the request may be fraudulent, illegal, or involves any criminal activity.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
